Once your allotted time is up, you should you move on to your next task.I have found that allocating a maximum of 45 – 50 minutes for eack task is most effective. Anything longer than this and you begin to lose concentration and you become less efficient with your time.

So start today by determining what tasks need to be carried out in your own business, and then develop a weekly time schedule/plan to complete each task. Do this and you′ll be surprised at the huge improvement
